Nihsitotamaakewin (an understanding) Refresher is 1 day of training and learning from Indigenous Knowledge Holders from the remote communities. There are 15 topics covered through storytelling from the Knowledge Keepers and Elders. Nihsitotamaakewin was designed for the workers that are entering the homelands to build and maintain the Wataynikaneyap Transmission Line.

2024 Nihsitotamaakewin Refresher will be hybrid at the Best Western Norwester on August 27 and September 10.
